Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

In most cases, an order will be shipped within two days. Once a shipping label is printed, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your package. We can't guarantee when an order is going to arrive but we will make every effort to keep you informed in an exception. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

Please email us at fishstrobes@gmail.com if you would like a return. Most of the emails will be answered within an hour or two. 

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing 5 days from the date you receive the item and provide a pre-paid return shipping label. 

Return due to any other reasons is subject to authorization. Once authorized, we will send you an address label. Under this circumstance, the return shipping will not be covered by us.  

All refund will be issued after we receive the return package.
